Saudi & UAE IBAN Validator
A single wrong digit in a payroll file (WPS) can cause the entire batch to fail. Use this tool to validate IBAN structure and identify the bank before processing payments.
IBAN Validator & Checker
Why IBAN Validation Matters for Payroll (WPS)
In Saudi Arabia and UAE, the Wage Protection System (WPS) requires accurate IBANs for all employees. Bank transfers with invalid IBANs are rejected, often leading to fines, delayed salaries, and administrative headaches.
How Our Validator Works
This tool goes beyond simple format checking. It uses a two-step verification process:
- MOD-97 Checksum: We use the official ISO 7064 algorithm to mathematically verify that the IBAN is valid and contains no typos.
- Bank Identification: We analyze the specific digits in the IBAN that represent the bank code to tell you exactly which bank the account belongs to (e.g., Al Rajhi, SNB, Mashreq).
IBAN Formats
- Saudi Arabia (SA): Starts with 'SA' followed by 22 digits (Total 24 characters).
- UAE (AE): Starts with 'AE' followed by 21 digits (Total 23 characters).
Privacy First
Your financial data is sensitive. This tool runs entirely in your browser. No IBANs are sent to our servers or stored anywhere. You can even disconnect your internet and use it!
