Role Overview
We are looking for an exceptional Senior Full-Stack Engineer to craft high-performance, beautiful, and accessible financial web applications for Qeemah. You will work across modern React (React 19, TanStack Query, Tailwind CSS) and Node.js/TypeScript backend services, shaping the daily workflows of accountants, CFOs, and business owners across Saudi Arabia.
From building keyboard-first point-of-sale interfaces and interactive ledger grids to implementing real-time ZATCA Phase 2 clearance statuses, you will directly elevate the user experience of enterprise finance.
What You Will Do
- Craft Modern React Applications: Build modular, reusable, and type-safe front-end interfaces using React 19, Vite, TanStack Query, and Tailwind CSS.
- Flawless Bilingual & RTL Experiences: Ensure complete parity between Arabic (RTL) and English (LTR) layouts with native-feeling typography, logical CSS properties, and intuitive spatial flow.
- High-Density Financial Data Grids: Engineer virtualized data tables, split transactions, keyboard shortcuts, and live calculations that remain buttery-smooth under thousands of rows.
- End-to-End API Design: Build full-stack features from database migrations and Drizzle ORM models up to frontend state management and optimistic UI updates.
- Quality & Web Performance: Optimize Core Web Vitals, minimize client bundle sizes, and maintain rigorous test suites using Vitest and Playwright.
What We Are Looking For
- 5+ years of full-stack web development experience with React, TypeScript, and Node.js.
- Deep CSS & Design System Mastery: Extensive experience with Tailwind CSS, Radix UI or shadcn/ui primitives, and responsive layout patterns.
- RTL & Internationalization (i18n): Solid hands-on experience building right-to-left (Arabic) web applications.
- State Management & Data Fetching: Expert understanding of server-state management with TanStack Query (React Query) and optimistic caching.
- Backend Competence: Ability to write clean SQL queries, design RESTful APIs, and structure backend business logic.
- Passion for UI Polish: A sharp eye for micro-interactions, smooth loading states, and robust error handling.
Nice to Have
- Experience with accounting systems, POS, billing software, or financial dashboards.
- Familiarity with offline-first architectures or PWA technologies for retail POS.
- Experience with Astro for marketing site and documentation engineering.
